This colourful infinity cosy cowl, inspired by patterns from Kente fabrics, is worked in the round using the stranded colourwork technique. This pattern is designed as a cowl, starting with a crochet provisional cast on and worked in the round. The finished cowl is large enough to wrap around your head twice to keep your neck nice and warm.

The pattern is designed to be a fun colourful project so you can use up the mini skeins you have been collecting or leftover yarns of fingering weight yarn and the different charts and customise to create your own unique cowl. Chart A uses most yarn, so if you add more of this chart in your cowl, you may need more of the main yarn. Also, you may prefer a shorter cowl; just reduce the number of charts you knit.
